Hi everybody! I did found that besides Cartoon Network. Nickelodeon, and Disney Channel also have already carried TV-PG rating.
Nickelodeon: the reality show You Gotta See This! is rated TV-PG on Nickelodeon, the Nicktoon The Ren & Stimpy Show was rated TV-PG on Spike repeats only, the telefilm A Fairly Odd Christmas was also rated TV-PG and the documentary Square Roots: The Story of SpongeBob SquarePants was rated TV-PG.
Disney Channel: Six Disney Channel Original Movies with TV-PG rating are Tiger Cruise, Don't Look Under the Bed, Halloweentown, Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge, Twitches, and Wendy Wu: Homecoming Warrior. The canadian series My Babysitter's a Vampire (based on TV movie) that airs on the channel also carries TV-PG rating instead of TV-Grating that most Disney shows carries.
I am right or wrong?

As of today I no longer see Cartoon Network as a kids channel......
